Android Phones - Remote Support

YES - We support Andriod Phones by Remote Access.  
(Sorry we cannot connect to Apple iPhone as yet due to Apple not allowing screen sharing.)  
 
To have our Support Technician connect to your Android Smartphone complete the following steps:
 
1) Go to Play Store  
2) Search for "GoToAssist Customer" (NOTE: It now says "LogMeIn Inc" instead of "Citrix GetGo") 
 
 
3) Install - then click OPEN
 
 
4) On first screen select ACTIVATE at the bottom
5) On next screen check the box then click CONFIRM 
6) Enter the Support Key given to you by our Technician
 
 
7) Click "Join Session" - Allow access
